SIKESTON, Mo. -- A Sikeston businessman had his sexual misconduct case bound over Wednesday in Scott County.
A 24-year-old woman said she went to Premier Motors Oct. 5 to discuss buying a car. During the conversation, the dealer allegedly made unwanted sexual advances toward her.
She claims Garry Warner, 66, of Sikeston, locked the front door to keep her inside and continued his advances until he eventually let her leave.
Warner was arrested Nov. 25 at his business. He is charged with 10 counts of misdemeanor sexual misconduct. He appeared before Judge Scott Horman Wednesday, and his case was bound over to Judge David Dolan's court for a March 11 hearing.
