No one was injured in a shots-fired incident Thursday night.
Cape Girardeau Police Sgt. Adam Glueck said police responded to the 3100 block of Themis Street about 11:30 p.m. after a report of shots fired inside a residence.
Glueck said he would not comment on where the shots were fired, but said no injuries were reported. The suspect left the scene before officers arrived but was found Friday morning.
He was taken to a local hospital for a mental-health evaluation, Glueck said.
