SHELL GETS SCHOLARSHIP

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Wendell W. Shell of Delta has received a President's Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University during the 1991-92 academic year.

The President's Scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who have a combined high school rank percentile and test score percentile of 160. The award is in the amount of $700 for the academic year and is renewable for a possible four years.

Shell is a senior at Delta High School, where he is editor of the school yearbook and a member of National Honor Society.

Shell is the son of Carol Arnold of Delta and the late Ralph Shell.
