BENTON, Mo. -- A Bollinger County man will be sentenced next month after he pleaded guilty to 18 sex-related charges, a Scott County judge decided last week.
Tory Bowns was charged in August 2009 following accusations that he had inappropriate sexual relations with three young boys over the course of four years. Bowns was charged with several felony counts of statutory sodomy, child molestation and attempted statutory sodomy.
According to court documents, the parent of a 12-year-old boy accused the 51-year-old man of molesting her son and his 10-year-old friend. Bowns also molested a third boy, according to an affidavit. All the incidents occurred at Bowns' home in Marble Hill, Mo., according to the parent who filed the complaint.
Bowns will appear for sentencing in Scott County June 14.
