TerryDwayne Wake was scheduled to be sentenced Monday, but Judge Benjamin Lewis recused himself because he had once represented in a civil case the family of the girl Wake is accused of having molested, said Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney Morley Swingle. The case was transferred to the court of Circuit Judge William Syler; a sentencing date has not yet been set. Wake remains in the Cape Girardeau County Jail.
