KENNETT, Mo. -- A 40-year-old Senath, Mo., man died following a single-vehicle crash on County Road 513, six miles southwest of Kennett on Tuesday morning. At approximately 12:05 a.m., Steven Williams, 40, was driving south in a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado, when he lost control of the vehicle while attempting to make a left turn, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper D. KENNETT, Mo. -- A 40-year-old Senath, Mo., man died following a single-vehicle crash on County Road 513, six miles southwest of Kennett on Tuesday morning.

At approximately 12:05 a.m., Steven Williams, 40, was driving south in a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado, when he lost control of the vehicle while attempting to make a left turn, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper D. W. McCormick. The Silverado then traveled off the road and turned over into a ditch.

Dunklin County coroner James Powell pronounced Williams dead at the scene. Williams was taken to Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett by the coroner.
