The Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents will consider proposed operating and auxiliary budgets for fiscal year 2014 at its Thursday meeting.
According to a university news release, the meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m. in the University Center's Ballroom A. The meeting will begin with a motion to go into a closed session for appropriate considerations, and when the open session reconvenes the regents will consider the proposed operating and auxiliary budget items. The regents also will consider a fiscal year 2015 capital budget request to be submitted to the Missouri Department of Higher Education along with several changes concerning the Missouri Research Corporation and academic program changes, the release said.
