Two Southeast Missouri State University faculty members will perform in concert Tuesday at 8:15 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church. Marc Fulgham, assistant professor of trumpet, and Gary Miller, professor of organ, will present the program.
Fulgham joined the music department at Southeast in 1990. He is a doctoral candidate at the University of Colorado-Boulder, and has performed with the Denver Symphony, Colorado Symphony, the Denver Brass Band and the Colorado Brass Quintet.
Miller joined the Southeast faculty in 1980 and has performed as a concert organist and harpsichordist in the United States and Europe. For the past two years he has performed concerts in the Netherlands and Germany.
He performs regularly with the SEMO Baroque Ensemble and is the music director at First Presbyterian Church.
Tuesday's program will include works by Martini, Telemann, Albinoni and Bach as well as modern works by Gade, Starer and Verhaalen.
The concert is open to the public free of charge.
