The Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents approved two promotions to fill vacancies of retiring faculty, according to a news release Monday.

Dr. Debbie Below was promoted to vice president for enrollment management and student success and dean of students. Dr. Bruce Skinner was promoted to associate vice president for student success and director of residence life.

Both promotions will be made effective Jan. 1. Both will be replacing Dr. Dennis Holt, who announced his relinquishing of his positions, effective Dec. 31. Holt will serve as special assistant to the president for institutional research and assessment.
