A portion of Route E in Perry County reopened Monday after floodwaters from the Mississippi River closed the section between Route 322 and County Road 354 on Sept. 17. The Missouri Department of Transportation reported that three other routes in Perry and Scott counties remain closed. They are:
Route A from County Road 460 to County Road 444 in Perry County;

Route C from County Road 357 to County Road 352 in Perry County;
Route E from Route N to Water Street in Commerce, Mo.
