MINER, Mo. -- A second person is in custody following an investigation into a child molestation report.
On Friday, 43-year-old Janice Paz, of Miner was arrested by Miner Police Department. The Scott County prosecuting attorney's office charged Paz with first-degree child endangerment. She remains in the Scott County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
According to a news release from Miner police, Paz was arrested as a result of an investigation involving Pedro Macario Martinez-Canceco, 40, of Miner. He is being held in the Scott County Jail on two counts of child molestation. Bond is set at $100,000 cash only.
