SECOND-HAND SMOKE IS TOPIC OF FREE PROGRAM
A free seminar on the health effects of secondhand smoke will be held at St. Francis Medical Center Feb. 16. The one-hour program, beginning at 7 p.m., will be held in conference room A of the Health and Education Centre. The program will be lead by local otolaryngologist Dr. Richard Martin. The seminar is one in a series of free community health programs presented by St. Francis.
