A Scott County man pleaded guilty to federal drug charges Wednesday.
Christopher L. Klughart, 30, faces up to 20 years' imprisonment, a $250,000 fine or both for his guilty pleas to one count of possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. Drug proceeds of $1,975 was forfeited to the government under terms of the plea agreement.
Klughart has three prior felony convictions for offenses including theft, insurance fraud and arson.
Sentencing is set for 11 a.m. Dec. 16 in Cape Girardeau.
