Each year the Board of Curators, governing body of the four-campus University of Missouri Systems, offers scholarships to Missouri high school seniors who rank in the top three percent or are one of the top three students of their graduating class as of the sixth semester.

Students who are nominated by their principals or counselors also must score at or above the 90th percentile on a standardized college entrance test.

Curators Scholars awards cover educational fees for the first academic year. The scholarship may be renewed in succeeding years, provided the student meets renewal criteria.
