Kimberly A. Westrich of Scott City and Jillian L. Loucks of Chaffee have received Regents' scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 1995-96 academic year.
The scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who graduate in the top 10 percent of their class and who have achieved an ACT score of 27 or SAT score of 1,130. Regents' scholarships also are awarded to class valedictorians who have achieved an ACT score of 25 or SAT score of 1,050. The award covers full-time fees each semester.
Westrich is the daughter of Ken and Vickie Westrich of Scott City. She will graduate this spring from Notre Dame High School. She plans to major in elementary education.
Loucks is the daughter of Steve and Janet Loucks and will graduate this spring from Chaffee High School.
