SCHOOL VIDEO CONFERENCE

"Promising Practices for Safe and Effective Schools," a live national satellite video conference, can be seen from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, at the Cape County University Outreach and Extension office, 815 S. Hope in Jackson.

At the conference, a six-person team from each state and most territories, will exchange information and strategies for developing safe and effective schools. The conference is sponsored by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention and the Juvenile Justice Telecommunications Assistance Program.
