CAPE GIRARDEAU -- The Farmers Insurance Group recently presented a grant check for $1,430 to Southeast Missouri State University executive vice president, Dr. Robert Foster, for scholarships.
The grant, made in the name of members of the insurance group who are graduates of the university, will be used to establish a Farmers Insurance Group of Companies Scholarship for students pursuing degrees in fields of insurance, mathematics, business administration, personnel and other areas related to the insurance industry.
The grant was made in the names of the following university graduates:
Lindell L. Bishop, Kenneth D. Grady, Reginald Meyer, Jennifer A. Russo, Richie L. Williamson, H. Michael Floyd, Steve A. Ladd, Robert W. Morris, Charles T. Snyder, Victor G. Gerson, Larry L. Lund, Gregory B. Ramsey, and Helen M. Whittaker.
