SALVATION ARMY WILL HOST MEALS WITH FRIENDS

The Salvation Army, 701 Good Hope, will be serving Meals With Friends this Monday through Friday. Serving time is 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Any individual is welcome to come and enjoy a hot, nutritious meal in a warm, friendly atmosphere at no cost, says Capt. Elmer Trapp.

The following menu will be served:

Monday: Chili with crackers, peanut butter sandwiches, veggie stix, pudding.

Tuesday: Macaroni and cheese with diced ham, fruit salad, peas, cake, bread and butter.

Wednesday: Turkey and rice casserole, green beans, tossed salad, jello, bread and butter.

Thursday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, cole slaw, mixed vegetables, sliced peaches, bread and butter.

Friday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, pineapple/cottage cheese, cookies and bread and butter.
