RUSSELL C. PFEIFFER

PERRYVILLE -- Russell C. Pfeiffer, 53, of Perryville, died Thursday, Oct. 7, 1993, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born July 15, 1940, in Cape Girardeau, son of Alfred and Floy Breckridge Pfeiffer. He and Arleen Ehlers were married Sept. 24, 1960.

Pfeiffer was employed by Chrysler Corp. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and its Stewardship Board and Voting Assembly, and United Auto Workers.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Douglas Pfeiffer of Perryville, Darryl Pfeiffer of Jackson, Duane Pfeiffer of Fruitland; two daughters, Kathy Giesler of Lebanon, Tenn., Kim Pfeiffer of the home; his mother of Jackson, and five grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran Church. The Rev. Jeffery Lloyd will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel from 4-9 p.m. today, and 6:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Sunday.
