Route W bridge in Scott County to close for improvements

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Work to replace the Route W bridge over the District 3 Main Ditch in Scott County is scheduled to begin April 25, weather permitting. As construction is underway, the road will remain closed from Route CC to Highway 77. A mid-June completion is anticipated. Signs and warning devices will be in place. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area.
