Route D from Cane Creek bridge to Route KK in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane with an 11-foot width restriction Monday through Oct. 22 while contractor crews resurface the roadway, which was milled this week. Weather permitting, the resurfacing will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area.
