Baille, 5, a wirehaired fox terrier, took a drink of water from her owners Garland and Dianna Utech of Belton Sunday at the Missouri High School Rodeo at Flickerwood Arena. The Utech's son Lance was in the bullriding competition and daughter Amy was in the goat tying competition.
Jason Griffin of Advance received no time after he was bucked off during the saddle bronc riding competition.
This was one of the 17 teams participated that participated in team roping last week's event. About 100 MHSRA cowboys and cowgirls came together Saturday and Sunday to compete in 11 events.
