Erica Danielle Robbins, 10, has been selected as a finalist for the 1996 Pre-Teen Missouri Scholarship program. She is the daughter of Bill and Kim Robbins of Marquand.
The contest will be held Sept. 20-22 in Jefferson City. The event is open to girls age 7 to 12 based on their academic records and honors.
Pre-Teen Missouri will award more than $5,000 to winners and runners-up in both the senior and junior divisions. The state winners will advance to a national contest in Knoxville, Tenn.
Robbins is a fifth-grade student at Marquand Elementary School.
