Route Y in Cape Girardeau County will be closed today and Monday as Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace a pipe under the roadway. The section of roadway to be closed is between County Road 621 and Route V, according to a news release from MoDOT. The work will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both days.
Route EE in Cape Girardeau County will be closed between Highway 25 and County Road 264 as railroad crews perform work on a crossing. A Missouri Department of Transportation news release says the work will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and from Sept. 29 through Oct. 2.
Highway 51 in Perry County will be reduced with a width restriction of 12 feet as contractor crews mill the roadway. The interchange is east and west of Interstate 55. Weather permitting, work will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday Tuesday.
