U.S. 61/Highway 34 in Cape County reduced for bridge work

U.S. 61/Highway 34 in Cape Girardeau County, between Highway 25 and Kent Street, will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform bridge maintenance. A MoDOT news release says periodic lane reductions will be necessary on Highway 25 and Highway 72 as crews complete the repairs. The work will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, Monday through Thursday.

Bridge repairs reduce U.S.61 in Cape County

The southbound U.S. 61 on-ramp to southbound Interstate 55, also known as the flyover, in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform bridge repairs. The work is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, according to a MoDOT news release
