Routes ZZ and HH in Scott County will be reduced to one lane Monday and Tuesday as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform pavement repairs. The section of roadway is at the intersection of Route HH and U.S. 61 and the intersection of Route ZZ and U.S. 61. The work will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Highway 51 in Bollinger County will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform bridge repairs. The section of roadway is between King and Water streets. Work will take place from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. today and Thursday.
The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission awarded contracts for Southeast District projects during its meeting Tuesday, including a $382,790 contract to Robertson Contractors Inc. for a bridge replacement on Route OO over Dillard Creek in Cape Girardeau County. Additional information regarding timelines and impacts to traffic will be released prior to the start of construction.
