Highway 51 in Bollinger and Stoddard counties, from Highway 34 at Marble Hill, Mo., to U.S. 60 in Stoddard County, will be reduced to one lane as contractor crews install shoulders and resurface the roadway. The work will done from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily beginning Monday. The project should be completed in August.
