Two work projects have been scheduled for this week along U.S. 61 in Cape Girardeau County, according to news releases from the Missouri Department of Transportation.
U.S. 61 between Silver Springs Road and Southern Expressway will be reduced to a 14-foot width restriction as MoDOT crews make pavement repairs. The work will take place from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily Monday and Tuesday.
In addition, U.S. 61 will be reduced to a 14-foot width restriction between Boulder Crest and Interstate 55 for pavement work. Those repairs are scheduled to take place from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily Monday through Friday.
