The 1994 version of the Cape Girardeau Riverfest T-shirt is now on sale through the Riverfest Association.
The white shirts feature a full-color print caricature of a spirited river pirate dancing a jig around downtown Cape Girardeau's clock.
The theme for this year's Riverfest, set for June 10-11, is Jammin' on the River. Corporate sponsors are Capital Bank, KBSI Fox 23, St. Francis Medical Center and Southwestern Bell Telephone.
River T-shirt co-chairmen Jeff Vandeven and Bruce Robert said advance sales for T-shirts will be accepted through May 18.
The advance sale price is $7 per shirt, $8 for XX-large and $9 for XXX-large, about $1 less than the shirts will sell for during Riverfest.
Revenue from shirt sales helps support the Riverfest Association. The shirts were designed by RV Productions and printed by Horizon Screen Printing.
T-shirts ordered by May 18 will be available for pickup at Horizon, 430 Broadway, starting May 31.
Businesses and other organizations with at least 24 shirts can have their organization's logo added on the sleeve of each shirt for a small additional charge.
