Chairman Brad Burgess called the regular monthly meeting to order at 7:33 p.m. Members present were Brad Burgess, Tim Goodman, Kathy Maynard, Randy Eggimann and Sheila Gross. Guest present were Richard Cochran, Steve Southard, Junior Swift, and Bobby Wallace.

Minutes of the Oct. 16 meeting were read. Minutes were approved. Tim Goodman submitted the treasurer's report. Treasurer's Report was approved.

SEWER PROJECT

The SNR Loan has been submitted. The DNR Grant – need further information. Richard Cochran suggested getting the Bond on the April ballot of which the deadline is Jan. 15, 2001. He suggested $1.8 million in revenue bonds.

STREET PROJECTS

South Bohnsack Will do in spring due to weather. North Bohnsack Awaiting a review on the report. The

street culvert was discussed.

Bid for snow removal Sheila Gross to get a bid for snow removal placed in the newspaper.

Christ Lutheran sidewalk city's responsibility? Steve Southard to look into.

PLAQUE OF RECOGNITION

The board discussed a Plaque of Recognition for prior chairmen and/or board members.

CHARTER CABLE

Running behind due to availability of the actual cable. Should be soon.

ORDINANCE

Looking into the ordinance for animal restraint.

POLICE BUSINESS

Shotgun for the police car is in. Junior Swift stated that we need a holder for it in the car. Motion was approved to purchase the holder.

Health Insurance The board told Swift to get further information.

Four-wheelers Several young people unloaded four-wheelers and ran them through several yards, the cemetery, etc. There have been numerous complaints about other unlicensed four-wheelers being driven on the streets of Gordonville.

It was discussed that it is unlawful to operate a non-licensed (non-farm related) motor vehicle on city streets and the Board decided to step up enforcement of this. Also, due to the 25-foot variance on the city streets, if anyone were operating a non-licensed motor vehicle in the area owned by the city, they would be subject to the same treatment as being on a city street.

Motion was made and approved to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:38 p.m.
