STREET PROJECTS
South Bohnsack -- Utilities have been moved. Randy has tried to contact Southwestern Bell many times. He keeps getting put on hold. He will continue to attempt to get a timeline to do the line work.
Guest John McAlister voiced his opinion about the widening of the street not being wide enough, and that he didn't want gravel in his yard as the present bid calls for and no one he knew did either.
Board suggested that if the other property owners felt the same way, he should get them to sign a petition, and the board would drop the paving of the street altogether if it is not what the property owners want.
Richard Cochran to get the cost per foot for property owners wanting to asphalt the one-foot ledge on either side of the street instead of gravel.
STREET PROJECTS
North Bohnsack -- Waiting on Larry Dowdy to do the survey work.
Guest Beth Langston stated that when you turn off of Albert Street onto North Bohnsack, you couldn't see if there are any vehicles coming due to overgrowth of vegetation. She also stated that several trees on this street are in need of cutting down. Burgess stated that they were on private property.
Langston also asked if when the street was paved, if the property owners had to make a lump sum payment, or could they make payments. Burgess stated that payments could be made.
