St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson will present a spring rally of the Lutheran Laymen's League zone at 3 p.m. Mike Mueller of Hope Seeds will speak. Hope Seeds is a not-for-profit organization with a goal of providing garden seeds to the hungry. A dinner will be served and an offering collected.
