Christmas Eve

Candlelight service at 11 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. at Hanover Lutheran Church. A children's Christmas program wil be at 6 p.m.

Chapel at Centenary United Methodist Church open from noon to 1 p.m. for communion. A contemporary worship is at 5:30 p.m. in the Family Life Center and a traditional service at 7 p.m in the sanctuary.

La Croix United Methodist Church will have services at 1, 5 and 11 p.m.

First Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau will hold its candlelight worship at 3 p.m.

Service of carols and candles at 5, 7 and 11 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

A candlelight service will be held at 5 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Jackson. The service will include the Lord's Supper.

Lynwood Baptist Church will hold a service at 5 p.m.

First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau will hold a candlelight and communion service at 5 p.m.

Fruitland Community Church will hold a candlelight service at 5:30 p.m.

Cape Bible Chapel will have a candlelight service at 6 p.m.

Red Star Baptist Church will hold a traditional service at 6 p.m.

Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau will hold a candlelight service at 6 and 10:30 p.m., both will include communion.

Hobbs Chapel United Methodist Church will hold its candlelight service with communion at 6 p.m.

St. John's Lutheran Church in Pocahontas will hold its service at 6:30 p.m.

Candlelight service at 6:30 p.m., at Grace United Methodist Church. The Chancel Choir and Agape a Cappella groups will sing and the Grace Notes will play handbells.

St. Andrew Lutheran Church will hold a family Christmas Eve celebration at 6:30 p.m. A candlelight service will be at 11 p.m.

Zion United Methodist Church in Gordonville will hold a service of candles and communion at 7 p.m.

First Presbyterian Church in Jackson will have a family Christmas service at 7 p.m. A candlelight service will be at 11 p.m.

Christmas Day

Christmas Mass at 10 a.m. at Old St. Vincent's Church in downtown Cape Girardeau.

Trinity Lutheran Church will hold a service at 9 a.m. with Holy Communion.

St. John's Lutheran Church in Pocahontas will have a service at 9 a.m.

St. Andrew Lutheran Church will have a Christmas celebration at 10 a.m.

Christmas service at 10 a.m. at Hanover Lutheran Church.

Christmas service at 10 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Zion Lutheran Church in Gordonville will hold a service at 10:15 a.m.

Zion United Methodist Church in Gordonville, Mo., will hold a program at 7 p.m.

Sunday

Combined services at 10:15 a.m. at Cape Bible Chapel, with communion. There will not be any Sunday school classes.

The New Beginnings, a gospel group, will perform at 2:30 p.m. at First Christian Church in Chaffee.

The JOY Choir of First Baptist Church in Jackson will present its Christmas musical at 6 p.m.

New Year's Eve

St. John's Lutheran Church in Pocahontas will have a service at 6:30 p.m.

Trinity Lutheran Church will have a service at 7 p.m., with communion.

St. Andrew Lutheran Church will have a service at 6:30 p.m., with a communion celebration.

New Year's Eve Ball at Christian Faith Fellowship. The evening includes dancing, hor d'oeuvres and a toast with sparkling cider. Dress is formal to semi-formal. For ticket information, call the church or school offices at 339-1811.
