Jackson Relay For Life is just around the corner, following the recent kickoff for this year's event at Immaculate Conception Fellowship Hall. Relay for Life is a fun-filled, overnight event that lets communities celebrate survivors, remember loved ones and raise money to the fight cancer.

Survivors and current cancer patients, their families, businesses, civic organizations, and the public are invited to take part in this exciting team event.

Teams of eight to 12 members gather tents and sleeping bags to participate in the largest fund-raising event in the nation.

Teams seek sponsorship prior to the relay, all with the goal of supporting a cure for cancer.
