Woman reports sexual misconduct at local hotel

A guest at the Drury Lodge, 104 Vantage Drive, reported a sexual misconduct incident to police. Sgt. Barry Hovis said the woman told police she was in the hotel's fitness room at 9:30 p.m., when she noticed a man looking in the window. When she went to close the blinds, the man fled, only to appear about a half-hour later inside the hotel looking at her through a window in the door to the fitness room, Hovis said. At this time, the victim clearly said the man was reportedly masturbating while watching her. He was wearing nude panty hose and a pink half-shirt, Hovis said. He was either bald or had light-colored hair with a buzz cut and a short goatee, the victim told police. When the victim approached the door the suspect ran away. Police ask anyone with information about these incidents to call the department at 335-6621.
