The truck has been refurbished through the efforts of several area residents and businesses who donated time and materials. I-55 reduced to one lane for guardrail repairs

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Interstate 55 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane while Missouri Department of Transportation maintenance crews replace guardrails on the northbound lanes. The repairs will be from mile marker 101 to mile marker 105. Weather permitting, traffic will be reduced to one lane from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. daily today through Friday. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
