BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- One man is in custody, and one other has had a warrant issued for his arrest, after being charged with statutory sodomy/rape. According to a report, Charles D. Labarre, 36, of Dexter, Missouri, and Adam Sarantos, 28, of Michigan, both engaged in sexual contact with a juvenile male in Dexter. The report states the victim's parents contacted Dexter Police on Sept. 1, concerning the alleged statutory rape. During an interview by detective Lt. Labarre admitted to having sexual contact with the victim on two separate occasions at a residence in Dexter, in addition to sending nude images and videos to the victim, Pulley wrote.
