RED CROSS WILL HOLD BLOOD DRIVES DURING NOVEMBER

The American Red Cross and various organizations are sponsoring several upcoming blood drives.

The drives will be:

Nov. 16 at the Latter Day Saints Church, Cape Girardeau, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., sponsored by the Boy Scout Troop No. 222.

Nov. 18 at the Chaffee High School Gym Lobby, 2-6 p.m., sponsored by the school's Beta Club.

Nov. 18 at Notre Dame High School Multi-Purpose Room, Cape Girardeau, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., sponsored by the school's National Honor Society.

Nov. 19 at Drury Lodge, Cape Girardeau, 1-6 p.m., sponsored by the Cape Chamber of Commerce Pacesetters.

To be eligible to give blood, people must weigh at least 110 pounds and be at least 17 years old.
