The Cape Girardeau Chapter of the American Red Cross will be conducting a blood drive at West Park Mall Friday from 1-6 p.m.
The drive will be held in the Famous Barr concourse in the space formerly occupied by Casual Corner.
To help the Red Cross reach its goal of 40 units of blood collected, the West Park 4 Cine will give each blood donor a pass for one free movie at the theater.
Three more drives are scheduled in Cape Girardeau in February.
On Sunday, Feb. 21, St. Ambrose Catholic Church will sponsor a blood donation program from 8 a.m. to 12 noon, at the church, located at 418 S. Third St., in Chaffee.
On Tuesday, Feb. 23, the Red Cross bloodmobile will be at the Walmart Supercenter, 3439 William (Route K) from 2-6 p.m.
That same day, the Red Cross bloodmobile will be at the Advance Elementary School, where the Advance High School chapter of The Future Farmers of America will sponsor a blood donation drive from 2-7 p.m.
