The American Red Cross will conduct a series of blood drives in the Cape Girardeau area this month. The drives will be held:

- Tuesday, Jackson High School, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

- Thursday, Marquand High School, 1-6 p.m.

- Friday, Oak Ridge High School, 2-7 p.m.

- March 23, Cape Central High School, Cape Girardeau, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

- March 23, Perryville Knights of Columbus Hall, 12:30-5:30 p.m.

- March 24, Scott County Central High School, 2-6 p.m.

- March 25, Immanuel Lutheran Church, Altenburg, 2-7 p.m.

- March 29-30, Greek Cafeteria, Southeast Missouri State University, 12 noon-5 p.m.

- March 31, Southeast Missouri State University Center, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

- March 31, Cape Girardeau Holiday Inn, Oak Room, 2-7 p.m.

- April 1-2, Southeast Missouri State University Center, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

To be eligible to give blood, you must weigh at least 110 pounds and be at least 17 years old. You can safely donate blood every eight weeks.
