RECORDING BALLOON FEST '93 WITH PHOTOS
A photo contest will be held in conjunction with Balloon Fest '93. The contest is sponsored by the Southeast Missouri Council on the Arts. Entries must be photographs (no slides or negatives) with a minimum size of 5X7, labeled on the back with the photographer's name and address. The entry fee is $5 per photograph, and there is no limit on entries...

Entry forms are available at camera stores, department store camera displays, and the arts council.
The winner will receive a $100 savings bond and the entry will be used in publicity for next year's Balloon Fest.
