Birdie Rader of Century 21 Key Realty, Cape Girardeau, has been honored for being number one in sales in the Century 21 of Missouri Region.

The region includes more than 5,000 sales agents in all of Missouri, Southern Illinois and Western Kansas.

Rader's awards in the various categories are:

Listing Units, top associate.

Listing Volume, top associate.

Gross Closed Commissions, top association.

Closed Units, first runnerup.

Rader was recognized during the second quarter awards gala, held at St. Louis, as the only sales agent to achieve membership in the President's Cup Award for the first six months of 1991. Her "closed production" was in excess of $3.5 million.

Jane Clark and Shirley Gregory were each honored with membership in the Sales Champion and Million Dollar Associates categories.

Century 21 Key Realty received Top Office awards in Listing Volume, Listing Units and Gross Closed Commissions. The company was also recognized in the "Million a Month" club for closing production in excess of $1 million for each month April, May and June in the second quarter.
