REAL ESTATE UPDATE

IN NEW LOCATION: This structure at 2861 Bloomfield Road has been remodeled and is the home of Ambassador Real Estate.

Karla Kilhafner Marquart has joined Century 21 Ashland Realty Co., 105 S. Broadview, announced Herbert L. Annis.

Marquart previously worked with Dana Corporation. She is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in industrial arts and an area of emphasis in drafting.

She has five years of real estate experience. She has completed Century 21 training curses in 2&1 listing, effective financing and VIP referral.

Marquart, her husband, Eric, an agent with New York Life, and children, Veronica and Eric Richard, reside in Cape Girardeau.

Ambassador Real Estate held its grand opening recently at 2861 Bloomfield Road.

The new office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

Rosy Earl is broker-owner of the real estate firm. Kay Stallings, formerly of Louisville, Ky., is office manager. Stallings, who has a background in marketing, previously worked for Draughon's Business College in Memphis, Tenn.
