Ambassador Real Estate is under new ownership.

The realty firm, formerly Century 21 Ambassador, dropped its Century 21 affiliation and was recently purchased by Rosy Earl.

Earl has been in real estate for almost six years and was a broker-manager for Century 21 Ambassador.

She is a member of Cape County Board of Realtors, Missouri Board of Realtors, National Board of Realtors and Cape Girardeau Multi-Listing Service.

Earl is also a million-dollar producer and a life member of the Million Dollar Producers.

Earl and her husband, Stephen Earl, area manager of construction for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., live at Cape Girardeau Route 1. They are parents of two children and have one grandson.

Louis H. Haynes has joined ERA Cape Realty as a real estate specialist.

Haynes, a native of Cape Girardeau, moved to Anchorage, Alaska following graduation from high school. He recently returned to Cape Girardeau.

Haynes is a veteran of the armed forces. He has three daughters and is a member of the True Light Baptist Church of St. Louis.

He will be joining the board of directors of the Women's Safehouse here this month. He served as a board member of the Anchorage Muscular Dystrophy Association while in Alaska.
