Janet Dalton and Dave Gerlach, associates with Classic Real Estate Ltd., Better Homes and Gardens, have earned membership in the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Service 1991 Medallion Club.

Marta Green, broker of the firm, announced the honors recently.

Membership in the club is awarded to sales associates who achieve residential-sales and listings-sold volumes of $1 million or more during the year.

Dalton and Gerlach each had sales and listings of more than $1.5 million.

"Better Homes and Gardens Medallion Club recognizes superior achievements in residential real-estate marketing in our area," said Green. "These real estate professionals are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and are committed to meeting the needs of their customers and clients."
