REAL ESTATE UPDATE

Marta Green, broker of Classic Real Estate Ltd., Better Homes and Gardens, and six sales associates have earned membership in the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Service 1992 Medallion Club.

Memberships are awarded to associates who achieve residential-sales and listings-sold volume of $1 million or more during the year.

Associates who achieved between $1 million and $2 million in volume were: Janet Dalton, Julia Brockmire, Sue Bellis, Dave Gerlach and Karen Lewis. Sharan Light achieved $3 million in total sales and listings sold.

Kathy Francis has joined the Century 21 Ashland Realty Co. sales staff in Cape Girardeau.

Francis is experienced in real estate sales. She is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club.

She and her husband, Lewis, reside in Jackson. They are parents of two children, Chastidy and Chad.
