REA STUDENTS EARN GRADUATION HONORS AT ROLLA

James Nathan Daniels of Scott City recently graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

David Wayne Jones of Cape Girardeau graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Summa cum laude, which is the university's highest honor, is awarded students who have earned a cumulative grade-point average of 3.8 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Cum laude is for a grade-point average of 3.2 to 3.49.
