For the second year in a row, the Town and Country Family, Community and Education Club will give a party for students at Parkview State School.
The club will provide cake, ice cream and music for the party at the state school for handicapped children.
"We just kind of feel they are forgotten people by mainstream society," said club member Mary Klaproth.
Students and teachers enjoyed last year's party, said club member Mary Klaproth. "They were just so appreciative."
Klaproth said the club will host the party on May 18 in recognition of Random Acts of Kindness in the community.
The club has 11 members from Cape Girardeau and Jackson, Mo., and is affiliated with the University of Missouri Extension Service.
