Ramps on Interstate 55 in Cape Girardeau County reduced for pavement repair

Ramps on northbound Interstate 55 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to a 10-foot width restriction Monday while contractor crews perform pavement repairs. The first section of roadway is the ramp from northbound Interstate 55 to U.S. 61, exit 105. Work will also take place on the ramp from U.S. 61 to Interstate 55 north. Weather permitting, work will be done from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area.
