RABIES CLINIC SET FOR MAY 4 AND 5

The city of Cape Girardeau and area veterinarians will hold the annual rabies clinic May 4 and 5 at Arena Park.

The clinic will be from 4 to 6 p.m. each day at the Trinity Lutheran Men's Club shelter.

Rabies shots will cost $6 an animal; dog licenses, $1 each.

The Humane Society of Southeast Missouri will have an information booth at the clinic.

Veterinarians from the Dogwood Veterinary Hospital, LaCroix Pet Hospital, Cross Point Animal Hospital, Cape Small Animal Clinic and the Skyview Animal Clinic will administer the rabies shots.
